Auditing the Entire Construction Project

Using our 50 plus years auditing experience, mostly in construction, we can serve as an adjunct to your staff.  Whether your organization has in-house project managers, engineers, accountants and internal auditors or you have an owner’s representative to manage construction, we can and do make a worthwhile financial contribution to the bottom line.

We analyze and evaluate Requests for Proposals, Contractor Proposals, Bid Packages, Construction Contracts/Exhibits, field reports/tests and to identify weakness and make recommendations to strengthen cost control language or we will audit construction procedures and processes.

We will follow the progress of construction by auditing Payment Applications, Change Order Requests or audit bid procedures, payment processing, contract administration, and Change Order processing.

Depending upon our client’s direction, we can provide a modified Audit Report describing contract weaknesses and general contract language or provide a more detail report.
