On-Going Monthly Audits

Many clients prefer to maximize their value by having KBC audit construction billing applications after execution of the construction contract with the Construction Manager.

Consequently, using our specialized audit procedures, we ensure there is compliance with Contract Administration and of language directly affecting cost.  Our experienced auditors review second and third levels to identify over-billings, verify cost documentation and fully report our findings to our client.

These “On-Going” construction audits produce the maximum cost saving by preventing future over-billings through identifying over-billings at the earliest stage. Our Audit Reports ensure future contractor applications will be accurate and in accordance with contractual language.

Our client can chose to what extent they want to participate in the audit-claims recovery process.  We can partner with our client, work independently or turn over our reports to our client to allow them to recover over-billings. 

Our auditing methods and our experienced auditors work carefully to preserve the relationship between our client/owners and their Construction Manager, General Contractor, architect/engineers and sub-contractors.

Depending upon our client’s direction, we can provide a modified Audit Report, a comprehensive detailed, supported Audit Report or a report which includes contract modifications.
