We perform Construction Audits of requests for proposals, construction proposals, construction contracts, bid applications, Payment Applications and cost documentation. Our audits can start at the conceptual - proposal stage or during active construction.

We have audited a great variety of construction projects including: medical centers - hospitals, stadiums-arenas, manufacturing plants, shopping centers, casinos and university buildings.
Our reports and recommendations have prevented millions of dollars of unnecessary construction cost. Additionally, we have recovered substantial over-billed costs after the project has been started by auditing documentation previously reviewed by owner representatives, project managers, architects and financial managers.
We offer a variety of contracting arrangements including Hourly Not to Exceed Rates, Fixed Fee, Recovery Commission or combination plans.
We promise the "Best Cost to Savings-Recovery Dollar in the Industry." For Close-Out Audits on smaller projects our average recovery is more than 4 times our cost. For larger projects the Saving/Prevention and Recovery Ratios increase proportionally.
